The Two Daniels: Two great resources!
"I was delighted to find this website and recording! Daniel Siegel and Daniel Goleman are two of the most insightful researchers in the realm of inner growth and development that I've come across in my decades of exploring this realm. I was drawn to getting this recording after seeing both Daniels discuss the same issues presented here with the Dalai Lama, at an event in Seattle a year or so ago. They were easily the most interesting of all the many presenters at that conference. This thoughtful conversation offers exciting information and insights that can help anyone interested in becoming a more compassionate human being. I listen to it periodically to remind myself that I don't have to remain stuck in the same old limiting ruts of thinking about myself, and about what's possible to accomplish along the path to becoming: "Better Parents, Better Spouses, Better People.""
